Abstract

 

The Support Center for People with Specific Needs (NAPNE) is a deliberative body that provides assistance for actions related to Inclusive Education. The activities developed by the center aim to contribute to the access, permanence and completion of classes with specific educational needs in courses of their choice, both at the secondary and higher education levels. Thus, this work aims to report the path of the support center of IFSULDEMINAS - Muzambinho Campus throughout its more than 10 years of trajectory. It is estimated that the experiences reported here can contribute to the work of other educational institutions. Thus, this research is descriptive in nature. The results demonstrate that NAPNEs are fundamental for the performance of students with disabilities and contribute to inclusion and quality education.
